Festive Rice with Nuggets

Your deliciously crispy and breaded Chicken Nuggets made with breast meat.  It’s so easy-to-prepare in just minutes of frying or over toast, and each serving contains 0g Trans Fat, has only 215 calories and made with MAGNOLIA Fresh Chicken.

kusina ingredients 
  • 20 pcs Magnolia Chicken Nuggets
  • 20 strip Pure Foods Bacon
  • 10 cup cooked rice
  • ½ cup chopped carrots
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup shrimps (cooked and deveined)
  • 1 cup cilantro
  • 1/3 cup turmeric powder
  • 3 clove garlic
  • 4 pcs orange
  • 5 tsp Magnolia Star Margarine
  • Magnolia Nutri Oil Red, for deep frying nuggets
For Honey Mustard Sauce:
  • 5 tbsp honey
  • 5 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 3 tbsp Magnolia Real Mayonnaise
kusina instructions
1. Deep fry Magnolia Chicken nuggets in pot of oil.

2. On a separate burner, heat pan and fry Pure Foods bacon on its own fat, set aside.

3. On the same pan, do not remove bacon fat, add Magnolia Star Margarine then sauté onions and carrots, cooked shrimps.

4. Once onions have turned translucent, add garlic. Toss rice. add turmeric powder, salt and pepper to taste.

5. Toss orange meat and cilantro off heat, roughly crush bacon and both add to fried rice.

6. Turn off heat. Top with Magnolia chicken Nuggets.
