Sopas Recipe

It's easier to show your body some love when you prepare your own healthy food. The best part about eating home-cooked food is that you are always sure about the ingredients. Make healthy sopas for the whole family, and savor the love.

kusina ingredients 
  • 500 grms boneless and skinless chicken breast, cooked and diced
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pc onion, chopped
  • 1 pc carrot, cut into dice
  • 1 liter chicken stock or broth
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups of fresh milk
  • 2 stalks of celery, diced
  • 1 small cabbage, shredded
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
kusina instructions
1. In a Chef’s Classics Camomile sauce pot, heat oil.

2. Saute onion and garlic.

3. Add the boneless chicken breasts in the pot.

4. Pour chicken broth and bring to a boil.

5. Add the elbow macaroni and cook for 8 minutes. Make sure to stir once in a while.

6. Mix in the carrots and celery. Let it simmer for 3 minutes.

7. Add milk and shredded cabbage.

8. Season to taste.
