Shepherd’s Pie is basically a casserole made of cooked meat which gets topped with a layer of mashed potatoes and then baked. It is comfort food at it’s best! As with all recipes there are many variations of Shepherd’s Pie, including some with a layer of vegetables as well.

- 1 Kg Ground Beef
- 6 Pcs Potatoes (Boiled & Peeled)
- 1 Pc Onion
- 1 Pc Red Bell Pepper
- 1 Pc Green Bell Pepper
- 1 1/2 Cup Beef Stock
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1/2 Tsp Nutmeg
- 4 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Cup Fresh Milk
- Salt & Pepper

1. Saute onion and garlic with olive oil until caramelized.
2. Add in bell peppers and continue to saute for 3 minutes then add in ground beef. Continue to cook for 5 mins.
3. Add in soy Sauce and beef stock then simmer for 5 mins. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Mash potato with fresh milk. Season with nutmeg, salt and pepper.
5. Place on a oven proof dish then top mashed potato and bake for 20-30 minutes.
