Magic Sausage Jambalaya is the child of the marriage between Spanish and Carribean cuisines. But then, nobody really cares to know that, right? One only needs to drown oneself in the glutinous goodness of this divine rice dish.



kusina ingredients 
  • 2 cups unwashed rice
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 cup onions
  • 1 cup cooked cubed kielbasa or any smoked sausage
  • ½ cup cubed red bell pepper
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 2 8g sachets MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
  • 2 tsp garlic
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
kusina instructions
1. Combine all ingredients in a rice cooker.

2. Cook until grains are tender, mixing occasionally.
