Seafood Spaghetti in Chili Olio Style

Made by Lee Kum Kee, a well-known, modern producer of high-quality products. A savory chili sauce made from the finest preserved chili and fermented soybeans prepared following the authentic recipe from Chiu Chow region of China. Excellent for dipping and stir-frying. Delicious with noodles and pasta.


kusina ingredients 
300 grms Spaghetti; cooked
3 pcs Prawns
2 pcs Mussels
1 pc Squid
3 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Chili Oil
4 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Chicken Stock
4 cloves Garlic
Salt and Pepper to taste
kusina instructions
1. Blanch the prawn, squid and mussels in hot water until firm and set aside.

2. Heat up olive oil in pan, add in garlic and fry till golden.

3. Add in spaghetti, chicken stock and seafood and toss.

4. Add in Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Chili Oil, salt and pepper, toss and serve
