Adobong Baboy sa Asin
Pork adobo in Salt

Adobo has evolved in every town in the Philippines and different variations in cooking it has come up. One variation I have come to like and really enjoy eating is Adobong Baboy sa Asin. It also called Adobong Puti because of it's pale color and the absence of soy sauce. This is definitely a dish that’ll win the hearts of your loved ones.
