- 200 grms crabsticks shredded
- 1 can (432g) DEL MONTE Fiesta Fruit Cocktail, drained
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 3¼ cups romaine lettuce torn into small pieces
- 1 tbsp wasabi paste (optional)
- fine salt, to taste
- white pepper, to taste

1. Combine wasabi and mayonnaise. Season with fine salt and white pepper, to taste. Set aside in the chiller.
